FJ40/60 = 2F or 3F-E I6. 80 Series = 1FZ-FE 4.5L I6. 100 Series = 2UZ-FE 4.7L V8. 200 Series = 3UR-FE 5.7L V8 or 1UR-FE 4.6L V8 2010-2011. 250 Series 2024+ = 2.4L Turbo Hybrid. Check door jamb sticker or 8th VIN digit.
2. Can I put a 5.7L 3UR-FE in my 100 Series with 4.7L?
Technically yes, but not cost effective. Needs ECU, harness, trans, mounts, cooling. Buy the correct 2UZ-FE. We stock them – $2,800-$4,600.
3. Why do Land Cruiser engines cost more than Tundra?
Same 3UR-FE, but Land Cruiser pulls have lower miles and better maintenance history. Tundra fleet engines = higher miles. We source from both – tell us your budget.
4. Will a JDM 3UR-FE fit my US Land Cruiser 200?
Yes. JDM long block is identical. Swap your US intake, sensors, wiring, and emissions parts to stay EPA legal. Not CARB approved for CA unless original emissions retained.
